Kicking off this series, we start with our first example of an unlikely hero, Nehemiah! He was no king, prophet, or priest and was approximately 900 miles from the destruction of his people, but he felt an urgency to respond because of the passion and love he had for the Kingdom of God and His people, his kinsmen according to the flesh. It was this passion that fueled him to risk his entire livelihood, and all he knew, to become the leader the people needed to rebuild what had been torn down! So what can we learn from this act of heroism from a most unlikely source? Listen to uncover 5 traits of heroism that we learn from Nehemiah and allow it to fuel your daily life in Christ, for God has intended every son and daughter who claims His name through Christ to be heroes in the Faith! We have been equipped for such a time as this and given access to the Spirit without measure, thus we must be willing to risk it all for the glory of Heaven, as heroes of the Faith!
