Wait! Did you wanna try that recipe for Nate's Garlic Shallot Risotto? Read Below!!!
1/4 cup of finely diced Shallots
1 tablespoon of Garlic
Butter
1 cup of aborio rice
1/2 cup of white wine
3 cups of chicken broth
I cup Parmesan Cheese
FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS CLOSELY
In a large stockpot or frying pan at medium/medium high
Put a decent tab of butter
Add Shallots
Add Garlic
Cool til slightly golden barely any color and add the Aborio Rice
Get the rice nicely coated in the butter and mixed well with the shallot/garlic mixture
Add the 1/2 cup of white wine and stir (don't leave this unattended it will burn)
Stir until you can tell the wine has been absorbed into the rice
add 1 of the cups of broth using the same mindset as the wine once one cup has been absorbed add another and repeat.
Salt and Garlic Pepper to taste
Risotto should only take around 20-25 to cook
If you wanna set it off also get scallops from the store
In Butter on medium high heat place scallops clockwise about 12 in the pan sear for 95 seconds too long will make them rubbery so timing is everything. Flip from 12 o clock around the clock for 95 seconds add to Risotto....get food drunk!
