16. being okay with crappy first versions - (very) casual friday

I apologize ahead of time for sound quality on this one but.... today I'm yappin away about why we have to be good with our draft one. We're not supposed to get it right the first time! In order to grow and evolve, we have to be okay with putting out crappy work and stop comparing ourselves to people on different chapters!
