This is How the Past Can Sneak into the Present and Little Bit More on Conscious Conception

What is Conscious Conception? Letting go of every negative pattern from your past so that you can be a better woman and mother because you dont want to pass this on to the next generation. Todays guest Reason reached out to me asking if she could drink alcohol a week or so before conceiving while on vacation with her husband. When we began her session it was clear that she wasn't really asking this question in reference to conception - her consciousness was preparing to tap into a deep healing around the fact that her mother was an alcoholic and she is about to become a mother.

She couldn't fully see how her husband was mirroring her unhealed pain from childhood through his occasional drinking. I showed Reason how she could begin to consciously work with her husband and allow him to help her heal, but that this pattern would not go away until the original wound was healed within her. Doing all of this before conceiving will help her to prepare to be a better parent.

This is very important for mothers to understand. You cannot take care of your children properly if you are regressing into your seven year old self or wounded teenager. If women continue to take care of their children from the ages that their personal trauma or negative experiences occurred we will continue to create a planet that has not fully grown up into self actualized human beings.
