So often we are told that having a broad skill set means that we are a Master of None and that we should spend more time becoming an expert and finding our niche.  To me having a broad background means you’re more positioned to a) be an awesome asset to a team, and b) you’re able to learn and be resourceful. Your unique skill set and experience IS your niche.  More and more people today are looking for multi-preneurs - people who can do more than one thing and level up with you.
