This is part 2 of our Lenten series. We are taking some time as travelers to prepare our hearts for Easter and reflect on how our journey can reflect Christ. In this episode we will be taking a closer look at Matthew 4:12-7:29, to learn some of the first lessons Jesus taught in his ministry along with how he called the disciples.
In response to our podcast discussion we are holding each other accountable in our devotional reading by sharing in our Facebook Group: How would you respond if Jesus called you to be a disciple? What things would make it challenging to immediately follow him? When you read Mathew 4:12-7:29 what verses is the Holy Spirit drawing your attention to? What verses do you have questions about?
You can also join the group's Lenten devotional reading plan with other Christian Travelers "40 Days Journeying with Jesus." Let's hold each other accountable to being in God's Word!
