They discuss the Trump administration's plans to roll back NEPA, the National Environmental Policy Act , which has led to widespread concern in the environmental and civil rights spaces. Originally enacted on January 1, 1970, NEPA has been law in the United States for over 50 years. The law was designed to promote the enhancement of the environment and established the President's Council on Environmental Quality.
