Many people have never gone through a period of quarantine or self-isolation; however, this is increasingly becoming a reality for millions of people around the world due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
Self-Isolation presents a great risk to their mental health and wellbeing. Yet could it be an opportunity to reflect - Self Isolation a Gift or a Curse?

When to self-isolate
Stay at home for 7 days if you have either:
Do not go to a GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital.
You do not need to contact 111 to tell them you're staying at home.
Testing for coronavirus is not needed if you're staying at home.
