Don Tracy (Papa Don) is a facility consultant for GEM Supply in central Flordia.

Having over 35 years of experience in the Janitorial and Equipment supply industry gives me a unique outlook into the business of cleaning and supplies. I have worked for manufacturers, distributors, and even owned my own distributorship. Each position has allowed me to learn and grow my knowledge of this business.  My goal is to help this industry be at the forefront of change as it happens. Finding new and innovative ways to do more with less is more important today than ever before.

Specialties: Negotiating contracts, developing strategic cost planning, asset management of equipment, maintenance agreements, service and supply requirements,work-loading of buildings.
