Elizabeth Peregrina is an Ayurveda Wellness Counselor, Hatha Yoga Teacher and Reiki Master. Her journey into yoga began with an injury to her back. She's studied two extensive programs that covered asana, Ayurveda, pranayama (breathing techniques), mantra, and yoga therapy. Elizabeth focuses on plants to heal herself and her clients. She firmly believes in the power of digestion and using food as medicine. Her motto is: food is either fortifying the immune system or feeding the dis-ease.
