Episode 12! Gratitude
Gratitude it rhymes with Attitude. Personally over the last year and a bit, I have adopted a very grateful attitude and outlook on life. I take the time to recognise, appreciate ad be grateful for all that life has to offer.
Start by using a journal, write three things you're grateful for every day. Consistently and continuously do this until it becomes and mindset and outlook on life.
Give gratitude time and attention, seek positives in all experiences. This will renforce a positive frame of mind.
