2 Corinthians 7 - The Joy In Holy Obedience

All throughout Scripture, God has told His people that if they obeyed the word spoken, they would find blessing, and if they didn't, they would find a curse. In short, His favor is on those who do as they are told! And though we might be in a new covenant now, nothing has changed, for God has granted us a greater access in order to obey the word spoken to us first by Christ, but then by His Apostles! It is our duty as the spiritual priesthood to cleanse ourselves from every physical and spiritual defilement, and bring holiness to it's completion in the fear of God. We have been charged with the task, and whether or not we choose to obey will determine whether or not we find the favor, or the disapproval of the Father!
