When you’re feeling cold - that’s a cue, your body wants you to put on a sweater. When you’re having palpitations and fast breathing, this is a clue. Your body is trying to tell you something, not unlikely that you’re anxious. Telling a cue from a clue is critical for avoiding a negative emotion you didn’t even know you had.
