4) What would be a better belief that you could put your energy into? (it must ‘feel’ true)
5) What are three specific examples where this new belief was true?
6) How does that make you feel?
7) Can you have, be and do more when you are feeling this way? Is the world a better place now that you believe this?
8) What action must you take to support your new belief? (this will feel scary but must be done to start the rewiring phase)
