Episode 13! Real Talk:
I had planned to do a podcast on Confidence today, but hey guess what I wasnt feeling it so I didn't. So todays episode is just about how I'm feeling today, understanding it's ok to not feel ok. I talk about how I plan to deal with the day and recognising I don't really Feel Ok. My opinion is, If you do feel shit take it easy on yourself talk to friends or family, do things you enjoy or that promote positivity or just have a break.
