Habits that no longer serve you? Did you have old habits that you left behind when the pandemic started that you haven't continued? Early rising, a morning workout, an afternoon walk with a colleague, early bedtime?
We need to thoughtfully develop new habits that make sense in these strange times.
Jot down some of your current habits. Can you erase some that aren't working or add a few that might make life a bit better?
