Hi Epistemologists!
This presentation (2018) was made at Claremont Colleges, a prestigious institution in California, USA, delivered to an auditorium of faculty and students. I need to thank my good friend and intellectual opponent, Dr. Brian Keeley for the invitation and generous honorarium (payment; very kind). For those of you who have not met me, this is what I looked like. Good news, I’ve dropped 15. :)
The presentation explains three issues we face in state-of-the-art Epistemic Conspiracy Theory Analysis. Remember, Epistemic Analysis is the first and most important step. Is This Theory True? Or at least likely to be? Or not? Or We can’t tell?
The three critical issues addressed are:
1. Are our institutions of information transmission in our information hierarchy reliable (MSM, National Government investigations)
2. Are our institutions of information transmission Anti-reliable in times of crisis: The problem of Toxic Truths?
3. In a Representational Democracy (the Western-style democracies we have the good fortune to live in) is Rule by Crisis to be expected?
Enjoy! I think you’ll have little trouble recognizing the interesting answers to these three powerful, critical questions.

These questions will appear on our final! Be there or be….that's right…Square.
