She focuses on intuitive emotional wellness, grief, and revolutionary self-care and believes in helping people achieve a life where emotions, grief, and personal needs are honored in order to bring balance and healing. From this work, clients can step into an authentic life that is in full alignment with their values and needs and experience more emotional balance and freedom. Amanda also works to make conversations around grief and other difficult emotions feel safe and acceptable to our greater society. She also hopes to further the movement that self-care is not selfish and is instead a necessary part of whole-person wellness that is easiest to practice when it is accessible to all with community support.
