Karolina is life and transformation coach who works with healthy and soulful woman who want to transform their relationships with alcohol. She was inspired to help spread this alcohol-free lifestyle because she was in the middle of it a few years ago. She ate healthy, exercised, and practiced meditation.
And yet, Karolina couldn't quite figure out why alcohol was hear achilles heel. She kept her doing the same old thing every weekend like clockwork. While she wasn't a problem drinker, Karolina realized that social and weekend drinking was keeping her totally stuck.
