Courage and Compassion Series: Past Traumas
Diane interviews Sandra Rolus on this episode of the Courage and Compassion Series.
Diane actually came across Sandra's channel at the beginning of this pandemic as she was looking for meditations to inspire relaxation. Diane was inspired to invite Sandra to support the community during this uniquely stressful time. Sandra shares a huge variety of powerful guided meditations on her you-tube channel. Diane was inspired to create some powerful hypnosis and guided meditations for her new channel after connecting with Sandra. Sandra's story is inspiring as she shares her story of transformation and purpose after childhood trauma. She made a decision to change her life and dedicate her career to help others by working through past traumas. Sandra found that her passion and purpose was to share this powerful journey with others. She often says, "If I can do it so can you" in her meditations to show her compassion for others in their time of need. She strives to support the community through this stressful time by sharing her inspirational tools.
Diane and Sandra align so deeply in their passion to help people transform their lives. They support clients to release trauma, negative feelings and negative patterns. They both found that we all repeat these negative patterns based on our past until we recognize and choose to transform it. They both love to use Ho'oponopono in their recordings because self-love and self-forgiveness is such a powerful tool to unblock that energy within us. Sandra talks about the importance of radical forgiveness to release these self-limiting beliefs and thoughts as they arise. Sandra and Diane both agree that the Yoni and the throat are impacted by trauma in most women. And this impacts their sexual health, happiness, creativity and relationships. Sexual trauma, past trauma and unprocessed emotions impact the entire body. This intense response to stress impacts the body until disease and illness develops. They both agree that the emotions are linked to pain and symptoms in the body. Diane and Sandra both had gallbladder issues and realize that anger was the primary emotion involved in each of their gallbladder crisis. They both provide so much inspiration for us to Manifest our health. They both agree tackling the root cause of illness by working on the physical and emotional health is the way to Manifest Wellness. This episode brings great inspiration in this time of intense stress and overwhelm.
