This week on the pod we discuss some of the classic films of 1979 after an opening rant about the high straight-to-on-demand movie pricing of Pete Davidson and Judd Apatow's The King of Staten Island. in 2019, Francis Ford Coppola recut his masterpiece Apocalypse Now for a 40th anniversary edition. We then discuss cult classic The Warriors, set in a tense NYC gang environment in the late 70s. We close with a discussion about Steven Spielberg's worst film, 1941. We still love you, Steve.
