Adversity Awaits

“What we see in our text is that it’s not trouble, or lack of it that led Paul but the leadership of the Holy Spirit! We, as God’s people are not to be led by trouble, or the absence of trouble. We are to be led by the Spirit of God. Sometimes the Spirit will lead us into trouble, but in the same manner, we must understand that sometimes the Holy Spirit seems to lead us straight into it. In Scripture, we are called overcomes. How can we be so if we never overcome?”
