My Saturday Dhamma talk and our sangha discussion is on ignorance of Four Noble Truths conditioning the mind to dependence on ignorance while obscuring the liberation and peace of understanding.
“Often misunderstood, the Buddha is simply stating that what is perceived as a self cannot be substantiated in any manner as permanent, it is “anatta...” (Class 16)

Each Dhamma class will have a Jhana meditation session followed by my Dhamma talk and Sangha discussion. We conclude with mindfulness of Metta.
