We talk about what he's been up to since the show taped and aired. And, Bushy even gets an offer for a Nashville meal cooked by Mr 100 HIMSELF!!! Sterling is possibly the MOST positive and enthusiastic person I have ever had the good fortune to talk to, and I hope this episode brings a smile to your face, the same way it brought a smile to mine while recording it.
