The fertility journey is often referred to as an emotional rollercoaster. It can feel scary how emotionally hijacked we can feel. How can you control them?

Our feelings can stop us being happy. Our feelings can stop us doing the things we want to do (fear of failure). Our feelings (e.g. stress) can cause physiological problems in our body. Sometimes we think we'd be much happier, more successful and more in control of our lives if it wasn't for our emotions such as fear, sadness, anger, anxiety, guilt...
