Allen Faires has devoted over 12 years of his life to the real estate industry. He currently owns 92,000 square feet of office and over 110,000 square feet of self-storage, with a combined value of over $9.8 million. Allen has been extensively involved in single family, multifamily, industrial, retail shopping centers, land and self-storage transactions. Allen currently serves as President and Founder of Premier Storage Partners, a private equity company in Columbus, Ohio, specializing in the raising of debt and equity to acquire self-storage properties throughout the Midwest. Allen holds the prestigious CCIM designation and served as the 2016 President of Ohio Commercial Real Estate Exchangers. He is also a CSSM.
