This weeks episode is a Loving Kindness or Metta meditation. This is a popular style of meditation that involves radiating loving kindness to yourself and extending that eventually to all beings through a gradual process. Its worth noting that this is only a short 16 minute meditation and that the practice of Loving Kindness meditation can be a very involved one that takes a lot of returning to to fully grasp.
