Joelle received her MBA and BS in Psychology with a minor in Education from the University at Albany, New York.
Tom Schin is an engagement and culture enthusiast with 25 years of leadership, management, sales and human resource management experience. He loves microphones, walks on the beach, and engaging with audiences of all shapes and sizes to discuss their workplace culture. He's the Creator of Build Better Culture, an organization built around helping organizations find their sweet spot between their employees and their company values. Tom has his Master's in Education Theory from the University at Albany, is a graduate of Leadership Saratoga, and a Culture Talk Certified Partner. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Home Made Theater in Saratoga Springs.
