Whitney Nicely is an expert property investor, speaker, and real estate coach. Before quitting her nine-to-five, Whitney scraped by on $24,000 a year working a desk job and living on her parent’s couch. Now, she owns more than $1.5 million in real estate assets. Whitney Nicely went from no investments to 15 houses, 19 apartment units, and seven chunks of land in less than three years - all bringing monthly money to her bank account on autopilot. Whitney now teaches hundreds of women how they too can use no money down, no credit, and no banks to finance their real estate deals.

The main theme of Tyler and Whitney’s discussion focused on how real estate is all about solving problems. They talked about creative financing through lease options, striving to solve problems for the seller, valuable negotiating skills and the red paperclip story. Whitney also talked about four types of sellers: past, present, future and never.
