Steph gets raw and vulnerable, sharing her entire journey battling multiple eating disorders, poor mental health and a huge scare with her physical health in 2019. She shares advice on how she has managed to breakthrough the dark times, her go-to self care rituals and how she's managed to still kick goals with her business and career while overcoming adversity (hint, it doesn't involve 'hustle').
