This is the first episode I recorded Post lockdown and back in person. On this episode, I sit with Andy, a client and a good friend of mine, to discuss how meditation helps you gain awareness of your emotions. Andy found meditation shortly after leaving his Law career to chase his dreams in the NYC music industry. While he and his wife were living in NYC, Sept 11th happened. His wife was working at one of the closest schools to the world trade center when the first plane hit the towers. He said that experience was " The first time I saw how the world could fall apart so fast."
