Chris Porter is a Senior Vice President and Chief Demographer at John Burns Real Estate Consulting, a boutique firm that helps executives make more informed residential real estate decisions. Chris helps the firm's clients understand the role demographics play in shaping the demand for housing in the short and long term, as well as demographics' impact on the overall economy. Along with CEO John Burns, Chris co-authored Big Shifts Ahead: Demographic Clarity for Businesses, written to help executives make sense of the seemingly confusing topic of demographics, which is such a big driver of demand.
