Mark Helm is the owner of Q-2 Self-Storage in Louisville, Ky., author of Creating Wealth Through Self-Storage and creator of Storage World Analyzer, a financial-analysis software program. He is also creator of Quick Start Academy, which provides online training for small investors who want to break into the self-storage business or strategically grow an existing operation. Mark started working with REITS (publicly traded companies who own real estate) in the mid 1990’s to help them locate and purchase self storage properties.
