Chef Brooke Wagenheim is owner and operator of Chef Brooke's Natural Cafe, in Fort Myers. Born in Manhattan, Brooke has worked in the food industry since her teenage years, in kitchens from Minneapolis, Minnesota to Shibuya, Japan. She says she felt the significance of natural foods - and read and learned everything she could about organics, veganism, gluten free, macrobiotics, and alternative medicine - at a young age.
