In this episode we move through a basic pranayama sequence consisting of kalapabhati & anuloma viloma (alternate nostril breathing). It is recommended you understand the basics of each breathing exercise for this practice but other than that this is a beginner pranayama practice that is accessible for all levels of practitioner.
This is the perfect sequence to perform in the morning before a meditation practice as it works to cleanse the airways and balance both sides of the body (ida & pingala, sun & moon, ha & tha energies).
