After more than 20 years of business development, account management, and operations optimization experience in the telecommunications sector, I knew that there was a better way to service customers.

Delivering superior administration on the latter areas of expertise requires exceptional utilization of effective communication and organization skills.
From negotiating contracts for high-quality products and services to providing superior support, I am committed to driving business success both iTelecom and for our agents and customers. This involves sourcing carriers, building talented teams, facilitating training, coordinating promotions, and managing the pre and post-sales processes.
