Noel catches up with J.R. Richards. The singer-songwriter is the former frontman of Dishwalla. The band's biggest hit was "Counting Blue Cars," which reached number 15 on the Billboard Hot 100 charts and number one on the Billboard Modern Rock charts in 1996. The song won Billboard Award for Rock Track of the Year 1997. J.R. talks about whether the song was a blessing or a curse.
