Three— Michigan is the latest state to knock down the push by Democrats to allow votes to be counted after Election Day—Michigan was going to count votes up to 14 days after November 3rd—but the Court of Appeals in a 3-0 ruling said the state could not change voting laws by fiat—

 

Two— Polling is changing quickly all over the county—the IBD/Tipp poll has gone from a 9 point Biden lead to just 5—in less than a week—and Biden has fallen below the magical 50% mark—that and an internal memo from Biden’s campaign says do get over-confident—

 

One— Republican Senators are demanding answers from Christopher Wray and the FBI about a computer the agency seized in December of 2019—it allegedly was owned by Hunter Biden—but after dropping it off at a repair shop—he never paid for the repairs and never picked it up—that’s when the shop owner turned whistleblower on its contents—
