Ruben Greth has his own podcast about raising money for multifamily syndication called the Capital Raiser Show, where he learns best practices from successful syndicators and multifamily investors. He is a capital manager for Bakerson and does marketing, brand awareness and capital raising for the company who has purchased 850 units in Arizona, many through syndicating apartment communities. He originally got started in real estate by raising $650K of joint venture money from social media to buy small multifamily deals in Phoenix during the real estate crash.
In this episode, Tyler and Ruben’s discussion focused on Ruben’s manifestation of fulfillment through real estate, exceptional capital raising and personal growth. They discussed Ruben’s upbringing, with Ruben sharing his identity struggles, and how his mission of real estate syndication plays a prominent role in homage to dad.
They also discussed traits of the most successful capital raisers, focusing on the confidence to communicate effectively and the implementation of systems. Personal growth topics included getting in shape mentally and physically, Joe Dispenza’s scientific teachings, lessons learned from dogs, taking action towards personal growth and more!
