Every day we race through our tasks. A workout? Check. Kids fed and in front of computers? Check. Quick coffee? Check. On to the office, which is now our dining room table. We are busier than ever. We can't catch our breath!
But maybe that's what we have to do. We have to breathe. Technology allows us to be so connected to our office and our school... but it's caused a real disconnect within ourselves. Nancy McGovern realized her family, including kids, was so stressed. She turned to yoga and began working with kids. And teaching them all to just breathe.
