So we've all been there. We fucked up, made a mistake, did or said the "wrong" thing. Things didn't go to plan. You then proceed to have a chat with yourself inside your own head. a very negative one at that. You begin to call yourself names and engage in a dialogue that is very negative with yourself. One that would discourage you from trying something you want to do again for fear of failure or things not turning out as you'd like again.
In this episode I discuss this and try to encourage a more positive dialogue with yourself by treating yourself as you would your best friend or loved one.
