Connecting with patients and families during COVID-19 – Part 2

Patients and families are an untapped resource. As organizations make plans to ramp up elective surgeries and other clinical procedures, and as physicians and clinicians prepare to return to business as usual, they often fail to ask patients how they feel about it. In this episode, we examine the opinions of patients and families, captured in a recent Vizient study, on their preferences around accessing health care during COVID-19.
