Who wins? Christ or Satan?

This episode of "Revelation Revisited" takes us again to Smyrna (Rev. 2:8-11; see previous episode also), where we find a church under severe persecution which is about to get worse as it becomes the special target of Satan's spite. Yet the glorified Lord Jesus Christ tells them not to be afraid because he is sovereign over Satan. Indeed, he uses the Devil's designs to carry out his own eternal purposes, namely, to test and purify his people' faith and bring them to everlasting glory through his atoning death and justifying resurrection. Christ wins!
