Lindsey Roberts and Katie L. Eades are two former teachers whoo give a hoot about health and wellness, and want to help you master your intuition, check-in with your emotions, and empower you to rewrite your story on what makes a meal good for you!
Lindsey's desire to be migraine-free led her to attend the Ballymaloe Cookery School, in Ireland, and earn her Masters from the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Italy. Lindsey has worked for renowned chef, Jamie Oliver, teaching food science in a secondary school, and is the founder of MindBodyKitchens(.com) where she teaches cooking classes and educates humans on the magic that happens when we gather and break bread.
Katie embarked on her own journey with nutrition over a decade ago when she set out to lose 60lbs and tackle her emotional relationship with food. Her journey led her to opening a CrossFit gym focused on health and wellness for people ages 3-83, including her signature 100 day transformation program for those struggling with food addiction.
Katie and Lindsey created this workshop to help you understand what makes a meal good for you, so you can tap into your intuition and eat what works for you! There's something magical that happens when we gather and break bread with others. We look each other in the eye, connect, share stories, cultures and traditions. But most of all we have fun, we celebrate and feel joy. Having fun in the kitchen with good food is one way to take good care of yourself, respect yourself and our food system.
