The Hake Report, Tuesday, December 1, 2020 – OPENING: Correcting the dishonestly misapplied homicide stats with population numbers: Comparing the proportions or even raw numbers of black-on-black homicide to that of whites whites tells you nothing about prevalence! Some people don’t understand per capita. Find me a white Chicago, Baltimore, or New Orleans! Geez.
