Along with all the added fruit, they dry hop with Lemon Drop and Amarillo. So many things going on, yet the flavor isn’t muddled; it’s crisp, tart and well balanced. The watermelon is definitely the star here. Such a tricky flavor to capture and use well, but they got it right.
