The weekly marketing podcast, More than a Few Words is hosted by Lorraine Ball and features conversations with professionals from around the world.
These days, we're not doing a lot of face to face interactions with customers or coworkers, but we still need to communicate. I sat down with the Story Guy, Geoffrey Klein to talk about the best way for businesses to engage an audience of prospective customers with storytelling.
He believes if you want people to remember and understand what you're talking about, the best way to do that is to create a narrative or story to share that message. Forget about the facts and figures and make your product or service come to life with real stories of real people and how the benefited from working with you.
