Exercise can help stimulate parts of your brain that aren’t as responsive when you’re feeling depressed and it promotes the release of much needed “feel-good “brain chemicals. Oh, and, you "feel good" when you know you "look good!" There is nothing better than feeling "right and tight" in a pair of jeans, dress or even leggings! While getting a revenge body may be on the list, working out the stress through exercise will not only get you that revenge body but will set you on a lifelong path to great health!
