Scott Kochman - Serial Entrepreneur

Scott Kochman is a childhood friend of Mitch's, having lived across the street since Mitch was 4 years old.  Scott was the best man at his wedding and their business ideas and thoughts about things go way back.  Scott has started and owned many businesses and is currently a real estate broker in New York City. 

Scott focuses on the luxury condo and investment marketplace in New York City and comes to the Level Group with over 20 years in sales and management experience. He is known for his ability to offer transparent information about the real estate industry and provides value for his client’s by being a hands on person from the beginning to the end of the sales process. He maintains the highest ethical standards and believes in building long term relationships with his clients. He has built a reputation as hardworking, intelligent and enjoyable to work with. He’s constantly recognized for his unique style, which involves detailed discussions of each client’s unique situation and how to achieve maximum results in the shortest amount of time. His reputation within the industry, his expertise at negotiation and his attention to detail consistently produce successful results. He is a graduate of Syracuse University with a degree in classical trumpet performance and business. Additionally he has studied diplomacy and international negotiations at Harvard Law School through their executive education Program on Negotiation.
