In this episode I interview a truly fascinating lady - Rachel Jacobson.
Rachel suffered from mental health issues when she was younger and then discovered various holistic therapies to heal herself and raise her vibration.
She now teaches many of these including "Energy Medicine".
Rachel has studied under Donna Eden and Dr Bruce Lipton.
